Healthy Life – Exercise: Did It!

If you haven’t exercised in a while, start small, keep at it, and listen to your body. Remember, you exercise for yourself. Don’t compare yourself to anyone else. Consult your doctor before beginning any exercise regimen if you have underlying medical problems.
