Stress is a silent killer, a powerful determinant of health, not mentioned as such. The common denominator of almost every illness is stress. And it makes everything worse. Reduction of stress leads to a healthy quality of life.

Seems I’m doomed.
Btw, great hairdo 💗 (this time) 😈
Ty! What do you mean doomed?
As long as I can remember chronic stress is part of me, and your suggestions to lower it are not appealing to me. Excercise? Me? Lmfao. Besides, connecting to the right people? Where are they in my case? The one I had is dead. So a started to search for a new twinflame. Problem is, though, I’m not an easy one to be with, I repeatedly was told. Too demanding too. Add to this that “we” live in a world where indifference and fear to completely show oneself to others are the leading personality traits, and it will be clear that my stress will stay alive, which, according to you, will lead to my doom 😈
I am going to do a part 2 on managing stress. I left out some stuff. You’re not doomed. 😊
