Did It! I walked over 5 miles . It felt fantastic. I had to alter my route because it was a hot, sunny day, and I wanted to be in the shade. I walked more than my goal. Sometimes, our mindset is such that we believe there is only one path to a particular goal or outcome. I think there are always options. Taking a walk allowed me to see that.
