Healthy Life Exercise: Did It!

I jogged for 4 miles. It was painful, but I #DidIt and feel fabulous! You have to push through the pain to attain your goals.

My heart rate stayed below 180. The moment it went above 170’s, I slowed down. A post recovery walk felt fantastic!
