Did It! I exercised! I started with a warm-up, then did an upper body workout with weights for 20-30 minutes. Then walked around TownLake for a couple of miles. I feel wonderful. Not every day is a marathon. Today I took it easy, and I am aiming for consistency. I did mine. What exercise did you do today?
