
I did a HIIT workout! It felt fantastic! Walked for 3-3 1/2 minutes and ran for 2 -2 1/2 minutes. It was a perfect morning to exercise outside. My back pain is almost gone. I know my body, so I knew exercise would help rather than hurt. Like life, exercising is a balancing act. You don’t want to exert yourself to the point of injury, and you don’t want to make an injury worse.

I’m happy for you Dr. Angela. You are such a positive person! I haven’t done any exercise lately, but now that the spring is here I’m going to exercise these old bones. I’ll let you know what I’m doing. God Bless!
