I did a HIIT workout! It felt fantastic! Walked for 3-3 1/2 minutes and ran for 2 -2 1/2 minutes. It was a perfect morning to exercise outside. My back pain is almost gone. I know my body, so I knew exercise would help rather than hurt. Like life, exercising is a balancing act. You don’t want to exert yourself to the point of injury, and you don’t want to make an injury worse.
