I ran a 5k, 3.5 miles, to be exact. I started walking and couldn’t help going into a run. The weather was perfect! The trail was flat, wooded, and long. I was also prepared with running shoes and ate breakfast earlier. I like to eat before I exercise. It gives me energy, and I don’t feel lightheaded. I also had a bottle of water. NH is beautiful, and it felt liberating to be part of nature.
