Did it! I walked over 5 miles. It felt fantastic! exercise is the best medicine. If everyone did it, big Pharma would be out of business.
Remember, if you’re just starting to exercise or you haven’t done it in a while it’s a good idea to start slow and gradually build up. Overdoing exercise can set you back by increasing the risk of injury. I learned that the hard way.
It’s vital to rest or have recovery days that allow the muscles to heal. You’ll avoid injury and do more the next time you exercise.
