Exercise: Did It

Did It! I exercised and walked 5 miles. Today was tough. My pulse was tracking high.

Lately, my BP has been labile. If I do anything, it goes up. Sometimes it is normal after I rest. When I woke up, it was normal. Usually, your BP is at its highest when you wake up, so that was good. But before I left, it was 129/99 P 83.

It was hot out, and I chose a less shaded route. I had water, but it turned hot. My pulse went up to 168, and I was not feeling well, so I stopped and sat at the bus stop until the pulse came down. In retrospect, I should have chosen a shaded route and a shorter walk.

Ninety minutes post-exercise, my BP was 113/80 P109, and I felt fantastic. Exercise is the best medicine.

I did mine. What exercise did you do today?
