Healthy Life Exercise: Did It!

Did It! I walked over 5 miles this morning. It felt fantastic! Exercise is vital to health. In my opinion, self-care involves exercise, reducing stress, diet, and sleep. Exercise relaxes the body and mind. It makes you more aware of what you put into your body. It improves sleep. I tell ya, the miracle activity can replace many drugs.
