Exercise: Did It!

Did It! I jogged for 30 minutes. It felt fantastic! I haven’t run in months, so I wanted to go slow and avoid injury. When my HR exceeded the maximum, I slowed until it recovered.

I did mine. What exercise did you do today?

  1. “Like!” (Angela, great post. Let me show my IT ignorance: How do you “do” your filming? Do you have some kind of camera system attached to you? Do you have someone accompanying you, doing the camera work? Who superimposes the background music…you?)

    1. Hi Bob. Thank you for the like. Technology made it possible for me to do it all by phone. I usually record at the end. TikTok makes it easy to add background music. I select the music and adjust the sound. I decide on the text and when it should pop up or disappear. It’s a learning process, and I am a student of life. That’s nice you noticed.
