Boston Children’s Hospital (BCH) & The State of MA  Set Dangerous Precedents  for  the future of medical care and the well-being of children as well as adult patients.   Boston Children’s Hospital’s  strategy of patient  engagement and risk management  hazardous, outdated and downright unethical   trample boldly on patient and parental rights.  What is going on?

 As government will not act Failure to Listen  and others are doing what we can to assist Justina and her parents.  Failure to Listen will document  and share information in the spirit of  Freedom of Speech and transparency.    Justina Pelletier case  is a shameful display of poor leadership as well as NO LEADERSHIP as well as   everything that is wrong with medicine.

 This case exposes, offering alternative and valid reasons for  enigmatic rises in healthcare costs despite  deterioration in medical care and patient satisfaction.   GREED  wrapped in fraud, abuse, corruption, malpractice, breach of public trust, abuse of powers, but most alarmingly the displayed impotence of government as puppets show weak leadership when challenged by a POWERFUL Hospital such as Boston Children’s Hospital/ Harvard.

We lined Rte 9 this afternoon (4/13/2014)  with placards held high requesting Justina be Free.

That was  a good experience! Can’t recall last time I held a  placard for a cause so it felt good to be part of the line on Rte 9,  to have drivers honk their horns and passengers wave;  and  I met  twitter friends, had great conversations and saw new faces..
