I received this letter in the mail about June-July of 2013. Not sure why such a delay. I kept calling MCAD.

STACEY KHOURY was the only one who head me SHOUT racial slurs. I know I didn’t do that but what if I did? Should that not have raised concern that something else was going on? The doctors never did a neurological exam or an EKG. Their labels of my race, gender, ethnicity, perceived mental illness and perceived alcoholic drug abuse resulted in discriminatory healthcare and subsequent damages.
