Stand your ground, shoot like a sniper in self-defense before ‘they’ damage your life and future destroying you as well as your family and friends. Remember these injustices are intentional, meant to instill fear in those affected with the desired effect of : submissive, docile, helpless black people and other ethnic minorities in bondage dependent upon controlling whites.
The above cases highlight ongoing injustices and genocide of black people in the United States of White America. Why genocide? To create fear and wipe-out black people from this earth. This is not paranoia.
We (non-whites) people must unite and stand our ground .…. Please do not become submissive or become bullied victims. First thing, get permits to carry weapons (do some research on guns and take courses).
Second, use your gun when feeling threatened just like George Zimmerman did on Trayvon Martin. Unfortunately, Trayvon did not have a gun to use on George Zimmerman if he did perhaps Trayvon would be alive and Zimmerman dead.
Third, do not be afraid to use a gun in self-defense. ..and phones record. You are dead either way: Examples are Trayvon Martin, Jordan Davis, Travion Blount, and countless others.

Tips if Arrested:
For defense, Public Defenders are not real good lawyers so NEVER put your life or future in their hands. Ask your community to help with legal defense by spreading the word using any means possible. (Communities should make such infrastructures priorities)
Admit nothing…say nothing…sign nothing and believe nothing the officers’ state. Do not make deals without a real lawyer present. And never admit guilt when you are not….admit nothing. Do not let the officers divide and conquer. Your friends and you will get screwed and all will go to jail; regardless, so do not coöperate by providing ANY information without a REAL attorney present.
Let the Officers show anger and their physically abusive culture. Allow the officers to display brutality….I believe in the good of the collective when such brutality is made transparent.
Do not fear the brutality or cruelty of the police and correctional officers. No matter what you do, you are screwed, so say nothing, trust no one and do what everyone thinks black people do best: Be (or rather act) Dumb!
Do not fear death. Cooperation will not prevent that outcome. Do not be fooled.
If necessary chest pain with difficulty breathing, dizziness and palpitations trigger automatic ED visits, and so does the worst headache of your life especially after episodes of brutality and torture by Officers who swear to uphold the law. (look it up: symptoms for heart attacks and traumatic head bleeds )
While at the local ED do repeatedly share the details of injustice with generosity and humility. Most ED providers are unsympathetic, but theoretically they have greater liability and accountability. Keep asking for HELP until someone takes you seriously or decides to CYA (Cover His Ass)
When the risks of murdering unarmed black children, young non-white adults, those with mental illnesses and developmental disorders are greater than the rewards, officers of the law and judges will stop this genocide and murdering of innocent non-white American citizens.
We have to arm and protect ourselves against the United States of White America. Start uniting and stop fighting each other.
This is not a call for violence; however, it a call for black people to defend against the injustices of the United States of White America! The courts and law enforcement are the problems….
Stand your ground, shoot like a sniper in self-defense before others damage your life and future, destroying you as well as your family and friends. Remember these injustices are intentional, meant to instill fear in those affected with the desired result of submissive, docile and helpless black people and other ethnic minorities in bondage dependent upon whites.
Where is the justice in the United States of White America? There is NONE!
Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable. -John Kennedy
Wake Up and Live
How can we live in a culture full of hate, control and deception? Why do YOU want to assimilate?
Wake up and Live!
REJECT white culture!!! Live freely, find inner peace and be one with humanity and nature….
Form a community where paleness is devoid of beautiful colors— devoid all the things that make our world beautifully diverse.

If Asians Said The Stuff White People Say
It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.
Yesterday, I was un-invited to an ACA event that day–apparently, Issued too many invitations and my presence irrelevant–Invitation one month ago and a second confirmation of attendance over 1 week ago….
I am disappointed! This event attended and presented by the same people (and their protégés) is the biggest problem in medicine affecting medical care for everyone– perpetuating vicious cycles of failed programs and ideas– The problem of Exclusivity. Exclusivity and diversity do not complement or work well with each other. This mutually unique opportunity for networking and leadership was denied. The problem with exclusivity is ACCESS. Yesterday, I was denied access….unfortunately, this occurs often to people of color. #POC
Harvard School of Public Health did not practice what it preached. I was prepared to teach them: Impart wisdom to the decision makers with formal authority. Did they not know physicians are important stakeholders?
Did they forgot my contributions to HSPH during my first 4 months?
Did they understand how physically and emotionally ill I felt on returning to HSPH following a 17 hour nightmare of cruelty and denigration at Tufts Medical Center Emergency Department?
This culture says, who cares? Diversity is paramount to appreciation and comprehension of health. Diversity begins with acceptance and comprehension of language. Language is the means we use to communicate thoughts, experiences and ideas –our cultures. It is no measure of health when everyone has to adjust to a society that is profundly sick.
The mindset of medicine and public health is not diverse but rather stifling and very biased. The same voices in different roles. Essentially, the same actors and a few selected actresses wear different hats and hold all key positions of FORMAL authority. This is called change and leadership.
Medicine does not value diversity and that is reflected in its culture and Continued Failure to Listen….resulting in lack of diversity along with increased morbidity and mortality of excluded groups.
Below is a letter that marks the end of my affiliation with medical care.
I will not attend this conference or any other claiming to care for patients when real patients are not represented and ….
Will there be People of Color presenting? The images do not show anyone like me. Last year I attended and enjoyed the conference but felt frustrated and disappointed by the lack of depth and diversity.
As I suspect the same, I will pass my ticket onto a colleague who is more your target. It is shameful medicine ( I will not say healthcare because there is nothing healthy or caring about our current system) remains exclusive even to the point of patient advocates.
I can’t be part of this atmosphere of exclusivity and tokenism.
It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.
When we talk about understanding, surely it takes place only when the mind listens completely – the mind being your heart, your nerves, your ears- when you give your whole attention to it. ~ Jiddu Krishnamurti
Choose Justice and Equality Over Reparation: Is it Time To Change the conversation around Black people?
If peace means accepting second class citizenship, then I don’t want it. If peace means keeping my mouth shut in the midst of evil and injustice, then I don’t want it. If peace means being complacent and accepting the status quo, then I don’t want it. If peace means being passive, then I don’t want it. If peace means a willingness to be exploited and humiliated, then that’s the kind of peace that I don’t want—-DR. KING (from his speech in Louisville Kentucky , 1956)
This article makes Interesting and unique points, many I agree with wholeheartedly, especially the importance of intergenerational financial and emotional supports. Both are lacking in black communities. Fortunately, the latter requires no money. But I disagree with experts.
We should not expect anything except to fight for equality and justice. We need community metrics to measure those outcomes and others.
We need the expertise of our experts to educate, mentor or sponsor blacks within black communities. Many successful blacks in positions of influence do not use their influence to help the masses of blacks or those blacks outside their social (inner circle) class and that is a pity. These experts are often called upon to be the voices of blacks, please be MEANINGFUL voices of productivity for our people.
Blacks have no foundation for sustained success in helping other blacks up the ladder– unlike other successful culture that planted and built foundations of success along the way. In other words, create infrastructures to help other blacks instead of relying on other cultures or making racism a scapegoat and crutch. If I grew up thinking every weird look or negative response from whites was due to racism I would not have completed college. Those thoughts are self-defeating.
I used to be embarrassed by Rev Al Sharpton. Today, I respect him more than many other black leaders. Whites labelled him because he brought race, discrimination and bigotry to the dinner table. In retrospect, it took guts. And I thank him for his contributions and support of poor black folks. He spread awareness…we need to move on…change the discussion to self-efficacy.
Finally, based on my experience, many blacks feel entitled to reparations or focus on blame rather than self-improvement. Everything is a gift. I tire of excuses ….whining without action is not productive but rather destructive and a waste of time. Excuses layered on top of underlying self-doubt, negativity and mistrust of the world. The latter three is where we as blacks need to start as a community.
Blacks need to feel safe, to feel a sense of well-being and self-efficacy. Self-Efficacy will only come with equality, justice, health and access.
Those of us who are blazing the way to enlighten our people everywhere, are at times very much annoyed and discouraged by acts of our own people. They do so many things to hurt our feelings of loyalty, and love for the race, but what can we do? Can we forsake them because they hurt our feelings, surely not. Painful though it may be, we must be sympathetic and we must be forgiving. So when that ignorant fellow who happens to be a member of our race, stands up to block some cause that will benefit our people, you will be able to overlook him—–MARCUS GARVEY (from the Philosophy and Opinions of Marcus Garvey)
If only those great leaders were here today….
