Americans Want To Know About Hillary Clinton’s Health

Americans Want To Know About Hillary Clinton’s Health

Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has what is known as ‘Decision Fatigue’, to the point of requiring the medication Provigil.

I had decision fatigue caused from chronic insomnia. It got so bad I left the practice of medicine, with me too being on Provigil to keep me awake.  I took it with an amphetamine-based medication, as pep pills, to function.

The problem with this medication was the pills had side effects, and when the side effects were worse than the problem, I had to stop the pep pills or risk death. Stopping was no easy matter, as my fatigue became worse on stopping the medication.

If Hillary Clinton has decision fatigue, that is symptomatic of an underlying illness for which the fatigue prevents her from functioning.

Provigil is indicated when fatigue interferes with daily functioning. At one point I could not drive, because I was falling asleep at the wheel, and this was on my pep pills. I was on both Provigil and Vyvanse when I had a syncopal episode (fainting) resulting in open multiple fractures of  my face and head injury.  The medications elevated my blood pressure.

I made the initial decision to leave medical practice and was never able to return because of decision fatigue.

You see, I put my patients’ health and my oath to do no harm before my need to make an income or to continue with my dream job. So shouldn’t Hillary put this country and Americans before her need for power and money?

If Hillary will be too tired to make decisions, who will make them for her? Should that person seek office? Decision fatigue affects more than one’s ability to make decisions, it also affects functional capacity, especially executive function.

Also, what medication side effects can we expect from Provigil? Is she on other pep pills? And what is the underlying illness causing Hillary’s decision fatigue?

Americans, and indeed other nationalities, need to be reassured that the person elected to the highest position is physically and mentally fit to make sound decisions.

What do you think? Please leave a comment below…

FFT:  Should Democrats Seek A Replacement Candidate For Hillary Clinton?

Food For Thought:  Should Democrats Seek A Replacement Candidate For Hillary Clinton?

The recent and damning @wikileaks’ #DNCLeaks suggest so.  The first round of leaks resulted in the resignation of the corrupt Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Chairperson of the DNC,  and a class action lawsuit being filed against her. Wikileaks Editor-in-Chief Julian Assange said there is more to come!

If the more to come is as juicy as what’s already leaked, Hillary Clinton is in deep trouble and the Democratic Party should have a contingency plan that throws Clinton overboard.

The DNC leaks were not solely about the Democratic National Committee’s collusion with Hillary Clinton but also exposed a much suspected problem of misinformation by mainstream media.  The so-called “news” media that Americans and the international community rely upon for truthful facts, was shown by Wikileaks to have very much compromised and colluded with the Democrats to defraud Americans of an election primary.

Still Americans want to believe such things don’t happen in the USA.  Our media is supposed to be free from government and corporate interference, unlike media in other countries that oppose American ideology. #BlamePutin! So Hillary Clinton’s claims that the Russians did it (hacked the DNC servers) gained some traction among Americans. And the FBI is now investigating the hack and not the illegal criminal activities revealed by the hack. In many ways, isn’t a hack somewhat like a FBI sting operation, only with a hack there is no entrapment?

Another disturbing revelation exposed during the DNC leaks is the untimely suspicious death of DNC staffer Seth Rich. Conspiracy theorists state he was set to testify and also to speak with the FBI regarding the Clinton family court cases. Also perhaps he was the actual mole responsible for the leaked DNC files. This convenient death was initially spun as a robbery where nothing was stolen.

Come on! I ask: who murdered Seth Rich?  Plus why are there so many suspicious deaths surrounding Hillary Clinton?

Throughout this unconventional, indeed bizarre election, fearmongering has been the favorite propaganda tool.  If you don’t vote for Clinton it is frankly a vote for Trump! We cannot let this big-mouthed racist demagogue con man win.

Why do Americans fear one party over the other?  Democrats vs Republicans.  Both parties are corrupt. Besides the election of Supreme Court judges, both parties continue each other’s policies of shaking down we, the people. Both parties played a role in destroyling the morals, integrity and spirit of this once perceived great nation. Both parties siphoned money from American taxpayers to give to their rich supporters.  Both parties espouse hate and use fear to divide the American people through the dissemination of fabricated information and half truths.

Both parties are corrupt and enough is enough. Don’t you think it is time all Americans start looking at the third party candidates as a solution to regain control of our country? Go on, give them a proper look.

Tell Pres. Obama and Congress: Defund bad police departments

This month, we’ve witnessed the brutal murders of several Black people by police— including Alton Sterling, Philando Castile, Delrawn Smalls, and Alva Braziel.[1] And guess what? The federal government has been bankrolling the police departments that killed all four of them.

Yes. Congress and the Obama administration are spending millions of dollars every year giving grants to the same police departments that are killing and over-incarcerating Black people–and it has to stop.

Politicians can’t keep promising the change we need in local police departments and quietly maintain the status quo by failing to take real action. Pres. Obama and Congress have real power to hold police departments accountable with their funding—if they are really about stopping police terror in Black communities, this is how they show it.

Tell Pres. Obama and Congress: Stop funding police departments that fail to make critical reforms for Black lives.

Baton Rouge PD, the very police department that killed Alton Sterling, has been under investigation by the Department of Justice for civil rights violations TWICE—including for its harassment of Black people following Hurricane Katrina.[2] Yet, federal officials continue to give them money. In fact, Baton Rouge PD has received 3 million dollars from the DOJ over the past five years.[3]

In the aftermath of his death, it was revealed that Philando Castile had been stopped by police 52 times in 14 years—and subject to the same profiling, criminalization, and extraction of wealth detailed in the Department of Justice’s report on Ferguson police and replicated everywhere in the US.[4,5]

The federal government knows exactly how police departments are terrorizing Black communities—it’s past time they do something about it and hold these police departments accountable.

After thousands of people spoke out against the Department of Defense giving police military equipment, following the highly militarized brutalization of Ferguson protesters, Pres. Obama signed an executive order banning the federal government from providing certain kinds of military gear to local and state police.[6] So we’re calling on President Obama and Congress to take action again and pull all grant funds from any police department that doesn’t make reforms to protect Black lives.

Sign the petition: Withhold all federal funds from police departments that don’t adhere to simple reforms.

The reforms we’re calling for are simple ones that President Obama himself has supported and funded research to create with the 21st Century Policing Task Force.[7] It’s time for Pres. Obama to step up and ensure these critical reforms actually happen—and he can do that by withholding funds from any police department that doesn’t do the following:

Embrace a culture of transparency

  • Make all department policies available for public review, and publish demographic data on all stops, frisks, summonses and arrests.
  • Collect, maintain, and analyze demographic data on all officer-involved shootings and in-custody deaths.

Hold the police accountable

  • Adopt policies that require all officers to seek written consent before any search & provide their name, reason for stop or search, and contact information for the civilian complaint board.
  • Police cannot and should not police themselves. Require independent criminal investigations into all officer-involved fatalities and in-custody deaths.
  • Enforce policies prohibiting profiling and discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, age, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, immigration status, disability, housing status, occupation and/or language fluency.

With four Black deaths in a matter of days, we’re in—and have been in—a state of emergency. We can’t afford to spend millions of dollars on police departments that will continue killing, criminalizing, and incarcerating Black people.

Sign the petition.

MoveOn Under Attack From Donald Trump

The following is a letter from MoveOn.  Please reblog, share and contribute.

Dear MoveOn member,

My name is Ann Lewis, and I’m the Chief Technology Officer at MoveOn. I’m writing because MoveOn is under attack by Donald Trump, and we need your help.

Here’s the situation: Over the past few months, as Donald Trump has campaigned from city to city, MoveOn members have turned out for peaceful demonstrations against his carnival of hate.

In response, Trump attacked us in the media, calling MoveOn members “not a good group of people,” while his media surrogates explicitly blamed MoveOn for violence he incited at his rallies.1,2

That’s when things started getting ugly. We’ve been flooded with hate mail, spam, and personal threats to our staff and online security.

As a result, we’re conducting a top-to-bottom security audit to secure our systems in advance of the general election. We won’t back down from Trump, but we need to be prepared. Will you chip in $3?

Yes, I’ll chip in to help MoveOn stand up to Donald Trump and his threats.

Over the years, MoveOn has gone head to head against everyone from Dick Cheney to Sarah Palin to the Koch brothers. But what we’re seeing from Trump and his supporters is something different—and scary.

We’ve all seen the videos of Trump supporters punching and shoving protestors—as well as Trump’s explicit statements encouraging violence. What the public doesn’t see is the avalanche of threats that come in through email and social media. It’s more hate mail of a more vicious nature than we received even when we took on the NRA or helped take down the Confederate Flag. It’s frightening.

The Trump strategy is clear: He picks a target, demonizes them, and then tries to bully them into silence. It’s what he’s done to Muslims, women, immigrants, reporters, people with disabilities—and now, he’s trying to do it to MoveOn.

But we won’t back down.

Click here to chip in and help stand up to Donald Trump and his threats.

MoveOn has already begun taking on Trump’s hate directly by providing support for peaceful protesters outside his rallies, by exposing how Trump incites violence, and by joining with leaders of civil rights, economic justice, women’s rights, labor, immigrant rights, environmental, veterans, and community organizations to launch a major initiative to stand up to Trump’s hate.

But this is going to be one of the hardest-fought elections we’ve ever seen. It’s also one of the most important: a fight for the heart and soul of America.

Will you chip in $3 to help provide the resources to ensure the security of our staff and systems we need to take on this fight and keep our staff and systems safe?

Yes, I’ll chip in.

Thanks for all you do.

–Ann Lewis, MoveOn Chief Technology Officer

Not Voting Sends Strong Signal

Not Voting Sends Strong Signal

Not voting sends a strong signal! Not voting when one has options sends a powerful message of uncertainty; a sentiment tremendously disliked by stock markets, and, therefore, wealthy corporations and governments.

The new civil disobedience is uncertainty and its bedfellow change. Parties with the most to lose will use fear and the same promises to sway voters. Remember that this fear is not your fear (the voter), it is their fear of losing because of unbroken promises.

Election is the people’s opportunity to excise the will of the people. And not voting, exercises that power by deeming the choices unacceptable.

Currently, in the USA, Democrats are afraid that minorities, particularly in communities of color,  will not mindlessly vote Democrats, so fear of the GOP racist regime is used maintain undeserved loyalty. In effect, Americans vote against candidates rather than for a candidate.

In the last several years, a Democratic president and senate, improving economy and sky-rocketing markets, have not changed the dire plight and future of black and brown people. As a matter of fact, that future appears dimmer as access to quality healthcare, education, and housing diminishes, and police violence creates adversarial trajectories.

How do people hold politicians accountable?

Elections!  As noted, laws are helpful but cannot be relied upon for justice.  Demanding accountability means Change… and change means not accepting the status quo.

Making a third option available in a two-party system: That third option is not to vote. Choosing the third option is a POWERFUL option of protest because of the element of uncertainty. Orchestrated well, uncertainty can evolve into   a viable people’s party.

“Nobody can give you freedom. Nobody can give you equality or justice or anything. If you’re a man, you take it.”  – Malcolm X

Choice enables creativity as well as communicates preference. Continuing to vote for the two parties means accepting the rules of broken and corrupt systems, as well as unwitting support of  injustices. To vote for a candidate out of fear is an illusion of choice, compounded by lack of justice.

Searching for Jack: delving beyond political correctness into social inequality.

Before I begin, it is probably important to say I don’t believe in rude labels or terms, and I don’t believe in mocking people based on ‘race’ or ‘gender’. If I believed that was okay for a single second, I would leave social justice work immediately and find something else to do. Rude bullying would be a violation of another person’s humanity, and I don’t believe in that.

However, I don’t think it is enough to simply be respectful if we want to properly engage with social justice. Respect may be an important step in the right direction, but it is only a step. Political correctness is just too timid to get into the true heart of the work
