Exercise: Did It!

Did it! I ran a 5K and felt fantastic. Running clears my mind. When I run, I can focus only on running. There are no nagging thoughts. It’s the best form of meditation for me.

Post-exercise BP 106/84; HR 126.
Average HR 167; maximum HR 178
I was in zone 5 for 91% of the run.

I have a busy day, but I will do upper body weights later.

  1. I’m glad the running went well. Looks like you’ve been feeling better even though you said you felt drowsy after taking the first jab of the vaccine in the other post. Hope things are alright with you.
