Exercise: Did It!

Did it! I exercised. It felt fantastic! The gym wasn’t crowded, and I did weight training. It’s vital to fit weight training into your exercise routine. Aerobic exercises burn fat and help your cardiovascular system. Weight training helps build muscle. Muscles allow you to function at your best. In addition, muscles increase your metabolism, so you burn more calories at rest.
