Exercise: Did It!

Did it! I did HIIT for 43 minutes. It felt fantastic!

Average HR 149; maximum HR 179. HR was up. I was in zone 5 for 38% of the workout. Not where I wanna be. But today I felt tired. Based on HR, I pushed it.

Post-exercise BP 117/91 HR 114

Doing 5-10 minutes of upper body weights, was a nice start. I plan to build on that over the coming months.
