Exercise: Did It!

I went to the gym, warmed up for 30 minutes, and then lowered bodyweight training for 34 minutes: I did four sets of 12-15 repetitions for each leg press, leg extension, leg curl, adduction, and abduction. I did 20 reps for abdominal crunch. Now I am cooling down on the treadmill.

Sometimes, life’s fires are so overwhelming that I get tired and can’t see clearly. At that moment, I press reset and refocus my thoughts by exercising. The fires are still burning, but I removed myself to an area where I don’t see them.

I did mine. What exercise did you do today?

  1. Let me pay you to help me. I mean it. I texted you. I’m dead serious. I need me back…they can’t have that too. I admire you. It takes so much to do what appears as so little, and you inspire me.

    1. Thank you. That means a lot . I just started reading your texts. Let’s talk and see how I can help. Don’t worry about money. What are friends for?
