Exercise: Did It!

Ran 3.4 miles, Pulse 131. Zone 3 59% of run and zone 2 32%. No zone 5.

Running in cooler weather is more exhilarating than running in hot soupy weather. The fall colors are stunning! If the colors could be put in a pill bottle, there would be little seasonal depression. Have a lot on my mind so running these last two days was exactly what the doctor ordered.
