Exercise: Did It!

Did it! I walked over 3 miles. It was a fantastic walk. The sun made everything brighter.

Pre-exercise BP 120/86 HR 58; Post-exercise BP 123/104 HR 77
Average HR 99 Maximum HR 120

Surprised my post-exercise blood pressure was high. I felt great. In the past, I could tell when my blood pressure was elevated, but now I can’t. I might need my medications adjusted or changed. What a time to have a medical issue!

What exercise did you do today?

  1. Good job, Angela! As common (sporadic) of late, my attempted “Like” above didn’t “take.” and I see that I’ll have to endure an irritating rigamarole before I’ll be able to “Post comment.” Downright discouraging….
