I did lower body weight training. I warmed up with an incline walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Then I did lower body weight training for 35 minutes: abduction, addiction, leg press, leg extension, leg curl, squats, and abdominal crunches. I did 12-15 reps three to four times for each exercise. For abdominal crunches, I did 20 reps x 3. Every couple of weeks, I either add more weights, repetitions, or a new activity.
I cooled down with a HIIT workout, where I walked for three minutes and ran 2 minutes. I felt fantastic!!!!💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
