Ran 4 miles. Felt strong though the humidity got to me. Got sick when I stopped, almost vomited. Less than 5 minutes later, I was fine. Pulse remained under control. When it comes to exercise just do it!

Good for you, Angela…although that “almost vomited” concerns me…glad that the urge subsided. I’d suspect perhaps a pre-departure drink of a bit too much liquid or some such controllable factor, but you’ll figure that out via-a-vis your precious body far better than I am able.
As for me, last evening I came off another of four consecutive 4-mile “trudge”-level daily outings with my neighbor’s awesome dog. Each proved to be an unprecedented (because of the “consecutive”) increasing and disturbing portent of the end of my “road.” One wants to persevere, but limits are inevitable and must be faced…but that’s difficult! I’m so pleased that you’re not “there” yet!
Hi Bob, I ran on an empty stomach, think that’s why I got sick. (Was retching.) Usually, I have two soft, boiled eggs.
Great job, Bob! You did 4-mile walks and helped your neighbor. That’s the difference between running and walking. When you run, your mind is focused on running. When you walk, your mind wanders. If it’s inevitable and out of your control, then let it be. Tell me about limits, focus on what you enjoy now. These days even that isn’t easy.
