Exercise: Did It!

Did it! I ran 3.25 miles–my first winter jog/run! It felt fantastic. TBH, it took a while to get ready. I didn’t want to be uncomfortable, and I wasn’t.

Pre-exercise: BP 128/88 HR 68; post-exercise BP 116/84 HR 92
Average HR 152 Maximum HR 162
Fifty percent of the run was in Zone 5/anaerobic metabolism; 42% was in zone 4.

I was disappointed and surprised most of the run was in zone 5. I like my HR to stay in zone 2 or 3. However, my blood pressure was good.

What exercise did you do today?
