Did it! I walked for over an hour. Midway through the walk, I did several sets of 20 repetitions of squats and lunges. It felt terrific! Then I walked Sky and did a little running with her. The open field in the video is my new exercise/training playground. I found new ways to make my workouts exciting and fun while exploring the neighborhood.
