Happy New Year 2024

As the New Year begins, it’s natural to reflect on years gone by. I learned and grew so much over the last year.

1. I learned about myself, and that gave me an understanding of why I failed in so many areas. Hopefully, I will not repeat the same mistakes.

2. I learned about trusting my gut. Sometimes, I am so laid back and flexible that I go with the flow. I learned that it is not always the best move. If it doesn’t feel right, don’t do it! Trust your gut!

3. I learned the power of exercise, music, and a smile in resetting my mind. Last year, there were many times I wanted to call it quits, but going for a walk, listening to my favorite songs, or thinking of something humorous reset my thoughts. In those moments, I realized the bad times would pass, and the sun would shine!

Most importantly, I learned that no matter how bad things get, Never Give Up!

Happy New Year!
