Exercise: Did It!


Did it! I exercised. Today, I spiced up my routine by working out on the elliptical for 35 minutes before doing a HIIT workout on the treadmill. For the first 35-40 minutes on the treadmill, I walked for 2 minutes and ran for 2-4 minutes. Then for 20 minutes, I worked the incline. It felt fantastic!

Post-exercise BP 112/95; HR 113.
Average HR 163; maximum HR 180
I was in zone 5 for 80% of the HIIT workout and 44% of the elliptical workout.

I am working towards my goal of 2 hours of exercise a day, times five days a week. It was great to have a gym to work out on rainy days though it didn’t rain.

  1. I went for a bike ride, about 25 minutes. I wanted to go longer because I’m starting to find my cadence. I had to get back home though. Good work today and good luck tomorrow!!!!
